      $25 - 50,000         @   $100  +    $50    =  $150.00
      $50 - 100,000       @   $100   +   $100   =  $200.00
     $100 - 250,000      @   $100   +   $150   =  $250.00
     $250 - 500,000      @   $100   +   $200   =  $300.00
     $500 - 1 million      @   $100  +   $300    =  $400.00
    $ 1 million plus      @   $100   +   $400    =  $500.00

    Utilities:   Same scale “Active Business" (local area)

    “Active Business” includes:  All Area Businesses, Grocery & Food Establishments, Mini-marts/gas 
        stations, Storage units, Accommodations, Medical/Hospital & Professional services, Govt. Agencies.

    Cities, Towns & Schools: Base         $100.00 + 10 cents/population
    Fraternal/Service  Organizations      $ 50.00
    Out of Area Business:                       $100.00
    Non-Business Individual (associate):  $35.00
       Refers to those retired, private citizens with no local business connections
