     *   July 4th-Festival of America – July 2 - 3 & 4 @ Park below Dam

 

 Fill applications of the events you would like to participate in with the necessary information, photos, payment and description of items you sell. Each Festival has its own deadline, so make sure you check that date.  

 

No weapons, handguns, knives, alcohol or any offensive items are allowed at any event. No dogs.  Bring your own UL approved 3- pronged 50-100 ft electrical cords and hoses. For those who need accommodations, a list is included. Only items listed on your application will be accepted. For July 4th, no commercial products are allowed. These shows are by invitation only and will be reviewed by our Festival Committee prior to acceptance to assure they meet our specifications. If accepted, you will be notified immediately and your payment will be deposited. If you are not accepted, your payment will be returned to you. Make sure you include a photo of your booth, items and list of what you’re selling.

 

                                      Brief Summary of each festival:

                     Colorama Festival & Pro-West Rodeo:

This is the 53rd year for this home town celebration. The vendors are located off HWY 155 at North Dam Park, between Grand Coulee & Electric City. A carnival is located below the park area. Friday activities: carnival opens @ 4 pm, Rodeo @ 6 pm. Saturday: Health walk, cowboy breakfast, parade & rodeo.  Vendors set up: Thurs. May 6; show opens 10 am –dusk on Fri. & Sat. . . . Limited self-contained RV spaces. Upon arriving, check with official for your space. Electricity is very limited and cannot be used for personal use-RV, etc. This festival falls on Mother’s Day Weekend. Other activities, “Colorama Sheriff” & Posse, etc. Entertainment at Grand Gallery Theatre in Grand Coulee on Main St.  Check out the Coulee Dam Casino, music at local establishments, etc.  During Colorama, number buttons will be sold and a drawing for the winning numbers will be drawn for prizes on Sat. @ 1 pm at North Dam Park Gazebo. 

 

                                   July 4th Festival of America:

A 2-day family outdoor event, Sat,  Sun and Monday  On July 4th, following the nightly Laser Light Show on the Dam, a  Fabulous Fireworks display off the top of the 8th wonder of the world, Grand Coulee Dam is awesome and brings thousands of visitors for this annual event. Great entertainment on stage both days.  Free Admission to this event which is one of the biggest in the State   Lower road is closed off to traffic. Vendors self-contained RV’s can park in the limited restricted area of the park.  Night time security provided.    NO COMMERCIAL ITEMS

Set up is July 2nd-Fri... from 9 pm to 8 pm.   Check out is Monday morning July 5th.

       NO early opening or vendor parking before Thursday, July 3.
